Daisy's Rain

I chose to rename this blog Daisy's Rain because that was the name of a magazine that I put out as a teenager. As I mentioned in the last post, I have loved to write! As I teenager, I created my very own magazine. I had around 100 subscribers.

As I was browsing for a picture of a daisy to put by the title of the blog, I came across the one above. I had planned on trying to post one that was full and had water drops on it, but I really like the above picture for some reason. The water has risen, but the head of the daisy is just above. It is beautiful. Something beautiful surviving. I don't know why I think it is so cool, but I do. Maybe it speaks to me saying-- as deep waters rise and I face challenges, I am God's child and He will not allow me to go underneath them. He raises me up. Though I feel the swelling water and it endeavors to threaten me, I am firm by God's grace. He is my strength.
