Sad Good-byes
Tomorrow we will head back to South Dakota. I'm not really excited to go back. We have been spoiled being around family so much lately! It's so hard to say good-bye! I also have to say that it was hard to say good-bye to my church family at the Tunkhannock Pilgim Holiness Church. They are some of the sweetest people. They helped me along spiritually so much when I was a teenager. It was a privilege to step in and preach a couple services while we were here. I wish it would have been due to different circumstanes (I preached the Sunday before Pastor Barr died). It was great to see everyone, including Jaron and Andrea Sickler. They invited us to their house for a meal and we had a really nice time! I went to the ACE school with Jaron. I still remember him helping me study to get my driver's license on a few breaks.. haha. Anyway, I've enjoyed getting to know his wife, Andrea, mainly through the internet. It was fun to spend time with them in person! We had a lot in common. Harmony enjoyed playing with Katrina and Katie as you can see in the picture below. (Thanks for letting me use this pic, Andrea!) They also have a baby who was born a couple months after the twins.
